Job summary

Inspired Living, Bonita Springs, FL, is hiring a Concierge to be the warm, professional face of the lobby, greeting residents and visitors. You’ll handle calls, inquiries, mail, and daily requests, while supporting sales and marketing efforts and maintaining confidential resident files.

You’ll work to create an inviting environment, assist with tours when needed, and help staff deliver an exceptional resident experience in a senior living community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 6+ months of receptionist, concierge, hospitality, or similar experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting with people in person and on the phone.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, families, visitors, and guests in a warm, professional manner.
• Answer calls, direct inquiries, take messages and share helpful information.
• Create a clean, inviting lobby environment for all who enter.
• Assist residents with mail, packages, and routine requests.
• Support activities and encourage resident engagement and connection.
• Assist with tours, lead handling, and coordinating with the sales team as needed.
• Support Sales & Marketing with inquiries, lead management, and materials.
• Help the Business Office with resident documentation and file maintenance while keeping confidentiality.
• Collaborate with community leaders to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You'll be the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and prospective residents, helping create a warm, welcoming environment from the moment they walk through our doors.

We are currently hiring for our Living at Bonita Springs senior living community located in Bonita Springs, FL.

What You'll Do

• Welcome residents, families, visitors, and guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries, take messages, and provide helpful information.
• Create a clean, comfortable, and inviting lobby experience for everyone who enters our community.
• Assist residents with mail, packages, and other everyday requests.
• Support activities and encourage residents to participate and stay connected.
• Be a resource for prospective residents and families by answering questions, connecting them with the appropriate sales team, and assisting with tours when needed.
• Support Sales & Marketing with inquiries, lead management, tours, and marketing materials.
• Assist the Business Office with resident documentation and file maintenance while maintaining confidentiality.
• Work collaboratively with community leaders and jump in wherever needed to help create an exceptional experience.
• Bring creativity, attention to detail, and a "how can I help?" attitude to everything you do.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of receptionist, concierge, hospitality, or similar experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with people in person and over the phone.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional, friendly, dependable, and confident.
• Microsoft Word and Excel experience preferred.
• Most importantly, a genuine desire to make people feel welcome and cared for.
