Linden Woods Village in Gladstone, Missouri, is seeking a dedicated Concierge - Receptionist to be the friendly first point of contact for residents and visitors. The role requires a warm, can-do attitude and strong customer service skills to greet guests and direct inquiries within a family-oriented retirement community.

The receptionist will handle phone calls, assist with basic administrative tasks, and support the Business Manager with AP coding and resident trust fund activities.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office products.
• Receptionist experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Answer and direct all in-coming phone calls.
• Greet all customers and direct them as needed.
• Assist Business Manager with AP coding, statements, and Resident Trust Fund.
