Linden Woods Village in Gladstone, MO is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The CNA provides direct, hands-on care to residents to support their highest possible well-being.

Qualifications

• Requires completion of an approved CNA training program and competency exams.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, hands-on care to residents in a nursing home to promote physical, mental and emotional well-being.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as documented in care plans.
• Complete documentation of resident care as assigned and maintain accuracy.
• Follow safety policies and infection control guidelines to ensure resident safety.
• Participate in facility meetings and training programs as assigned.
• Respect residents' privacy and dignity and promote positive relations with residents and families.
