Job summary

Linden Woods Village in Gladstone, MO is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to assist the Plant Operations Director in maintaining our community facility for residents and staff. This role covers lawn care, painting, remodeling, plumbing and general maintenance, with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities include safety, resident rights, and adherence to infection control guidelines while supporting transportation and equipment maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in basic plumbing, HVAC, electrical and carpentry.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Able to operate machinery and equipment safely.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair and service facility equipment and furnishings.
• Assist with lawn care, painting, remodeling, plumbing.
• Support resident transportation as needed.
• Follow safety and infection control guidelines.
• Participate in facility meetings and trainings.
