Job summary

Inspired Living at Lakewood Ranch in Bradenton, FL seeks a Concierge to be the welcoming face of the lobby. You will greet residents, families, and guests, answer calls, and help with mail and packages.

The role supports activities, tours, and coordination with Sales & Marketing while maintaining confidentiality in a busy senior living community. We’re looking for someone with 6+ months in receptionist/concierge roles, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to make people feel

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of receptionist/concierge experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with people in person and over the phone.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer calls, take messages, provide information.
• Create a welcoming lobby environment for all entering the community.
• Assist residents with mail, packages, and routine requests.
• Support activities and help residents stay connected.
• Assist with tours and coordinate with the sales team when needed.
• Support Sales & Marketing with inquiries, lead management, tours, and materials.
• Assist Business Office with resident documentation and file maintenance while maintaining confidentiality.

You’ll be the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and prospective residents, helping create a warm, welcoming environment from the moment they walk through our doors.

We are currently hiring for our Inspired Living at Lakewood Ranch senior living community located in Bradenton, FL.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome residents, families, visitors, and guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries, take messages, and provide helpful information.
• Create a clean, comfortable, and inviting lobby experience for everyone who enters our community.
• Assist residents with mail, packages, and other everyday requests.
• Support activities and encourage residents to participate and stay connected.
• Be a resource for prospective residents and families by answering questions, connecting them with the appropriate sales team, and assisting with tours when needed.
• Support Sales & Marketing with inquiries, lead management, tours, and marketing materials.
• Assist the Business Office with resident documentation and file maintenance while maintaining confidentiality.
• Work collaboratively with community leaders and jump in wherever needed to help create an exceptional experience.
• Bring creativity, attention to detail, and a "how can I help?" attitude to everything you do.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of receptionist, concierge, hospitality, or similar experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with people in person and over the phone.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional, friendly, dependable, and confident.
• Microsoft Word and Excel experience preferred.
• Most importantly, a genuine desire to make people feel welcome and cared for.
