Job summary

Inspired Living at Ivy Ridge in St. Petersburg, FL is seeking a friendly Concierge to be the welcoming heartbeat of our front lobby.

You will greet residents, families, visitors, and prospective residents, answer calls, take messages, and help create a warm, organized environment from the moment they walk in. This role supports sales, marketing, and the business office, assists with tours when needed, coordinates mail and packages, and maintains confidentiality while providing exceptional

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of receptionist, concierge, hospitality, or similar experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with people in person and over the phone.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional, friendly, dependable, and confident.
• Microsoft Word and Excel experience preferred.
• Desire to make people feel welcome and cared for.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, families, visitors, and guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.

• Create a clean, comfortable, and inviting lobby experience for everyone who enters our community.
• Assist residents with mail, packages, and other everyday requests.
• Support activities and encourage residents to participate and stay connected.
• Be a resource for prospective residents and families by answering questions and assisting with tours as needed.
• Support Sales & Marketing with inquiries, lead management, tours, and marketing materials.
• Assist the Business Office with resident documentation and file maintenance while maintaining confidentiality.
• Work collaboratively with community leaders and jump in wherever needed to help create an exceptional experience.
• Bring creativity, attention to detail, and a 'how can I help?' attitude to everything you do.
