Job summary

Inspired Living at Bonita Springs is seeking a Resident Experience Coordinator to craft engaging experiences for our residents and build a vibrant community.

You will design monthly activity calendars, coordinate outings, and collaborate with Sales & Marketing to highlight the community. A background in senior living and strong organizational skills are essential to create meaningful, inclusive experiences for older adults.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Social Services, Business, Recreation, or related field preferred.
• Proven leadership or management experience.
• At least 3 years of assisted living or senior living experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Creative, energetic, and comfortable taking the lead.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and manage multiple activities and events.
• Comfortable working with residents with different abilities, interests, and personalities.

Responsibilities

• Get to know each resident and discover their interests, passions, preferences, and goals.
• Welcome new residents to the community and introduce them to the Resident Experience program.
• Create and lead a monthly calendar of engaging activities and events.
• Coordinate daily activities, entertainment, celebrations, and special events.
• Build relationships with local entertainers, vendors, organizations, and community partners.
• Coordinate resident outings and transportation needs.
• Partner with Sales & Marketing to create memorable quarterly events.

• Manage the activities budget and purchases.
• Help create an inclusive, connected, and exciting community atmosphere.
• Lead by example and support teammates to foster a positive culture.

We are currently hiring for our Inspired Living at Bonita Springs community located in Bonita Springs, FL.

What You'll Do

• Get to know each resident and discover their interests, passions, preferences, and goals.
• Welcome new residents to the community and introduce them to all the fun and opportunities our Resident Experience program offers.
• Create and lead a monthly calendar of engaging activities and events designed around residents' intellectual, physical, social, and spiritual interests.
• Coordinate daily activities, entertainment, celebrations, and special events that residents genuinely want to attend.
• Build relationships with local entertainers, vendors, organizations, and community partners.
• Coordinate resident outings, including local adventures, sightseeing, special destinations, and scheduled transportation needs.
• Partner with Sales & Marketing to create memorable quarterly events that showcase our community and celebrate our residents.
• Promote activities throughout the community and find creative ways to increase participation.
• Manage the activities budget and make thoughtful decisions about supplies, entertainment, and events.
• Help create an atmosphere where residents feel included, connected, and excited about what's next!
• Lead by example, support your teammates, and help create a positive community culture.

What You Bring
