Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of customer service or reception experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones and reception duties professionally.
• Take accurate messages and relay promptly.
• Greet residents, families, and visitors warmly.
• Support resident services and front-desk operations.
• Coordinate appointments and transportation.
• Maintain front desk area clean and welcoming.
• Sort and distribute mail, manage logs.
