Job summary

Discovery Senior Living is seeking a Concierge (PRN) at The Forum at The Woodlands, TX. You will be the first point of contact for residents, families, guests, and team members, handling calls, messages, and front-desk operations with warmth and professionalism.

You will assist with resident services, coordinate appointments, and support dining and mail tasks, while maintaining a confidential and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years in customer service, reception, or administrative roles preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional demeanor with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with phones, email, and office systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and represent the community positively.

Responsibilities

• Perform telephone answering and reception duties professionally.
• Take accurate messages and relay them promptly.
• Greet residents, families, and visitors and provide directions as needed.
• Collate brochures and support marketing materials as requested.
• Prepare meal tickets and tally meal counts for Dining Services.
• Maintain and update resident phone lists, rosters, and guest logs.
• Coordinate resident and family appointments including transportation and salon services.
• Keep front desk and entry areas clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Sort and distribute mail to residents and staff.
• Follow company policies and confidentiality requirements.
