Job summary

Concierge Nursing Referral Services is seeking a Certified Private Duty Nurse to deliver high-quality, discrete 1:1 care in clients' homes. You will provide skilled nursing, manage medications, and monitor patient conditions with autonomy under 1099 terms.

Earn starting at $40/hour with weekly pay and flexible shifts (8–12 hours, short visits, or long-term cases). Ideal candidates have an LPN license, 2+ years of nursing experience, and CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Active LPN License in good standing.
• 2+ years of nursing experience.
• Active CPR/BLS Certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, compassionate 1:1 skilled nursing (ADLs, vitals, wound care, meds).
• Coordinate client needs, including supplies and transport to appointments.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and communication with families, physicians, and support office.
• Educate and empower patients and families about health management.
