Job summary

The Recruiting Hive in Richmond, VA is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join a patient-centric, concierge group focused on relationship-based care in an outpatient setting.

The role requires MD/DO, board certification in Family or Internal Medicine, and an active Virginia license, with 5–20 years of primary care experience. Starting salary $250,000, increasing to $300,000 with a full patient panel, plus strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited stateside U.S. medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (non-specialized).
• Active and unrestricted Virginia medical license.
• 5 to 20 years of dedicated primary care experience is required.
• A compassionate, relationship-driven approach to medicine with an interest in preventative health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• See 8-10 patients per day.
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team.
• Share equal call responsibility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and exercise physiology experts.
• Ensure accurate documentation.
• Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit.
