Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with insurance verification, scheduling, and medical administrative duties.
• Familiarity with scheduling or EMR software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first and last point of contact for every patient visit.
• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out for scheduled and walk-in appointments.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Verify insurance coverage, collect copays and payments, and maintain patient information accuracy.
• Follow up on inbound leads, reactivate inactive patients, and support patient retention initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with patients by providing personalized, concierge-level service.
