Job summary

The Harrison, a Sonida Senior Living community in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking a Receptionist to support front desk operations in an assisted living and memory care setting.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering phones, providing information about the community, and coordinating mail and deliveries to ensure smooth daily operations. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service for our senior residents and teamwork with staff.

Receptionist Responsibilities Include

• Answers telephone and directs the caller to the appropriate individual. Also, provides information such as community address, directions to the community location, community fax numbers, company website, and other related information
• Greets and directs visitors to the community
• Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
• Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
• Resolving customer questions and concerns
