Job summary

Aspen Grove, a Sonida Senior Living community in Lambertville, MI, is seeking a friendly receptionist to greet residents, visitors, and staff while providing top-notch customer service.

You'll handle phone inquiries, direct calls, and assist with mail and deliveries, with access to modern tools and training. This role offers PTO from day one and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement plans.

Receptionist Responsibilities include:

• Answers telephone and directs the caller to the appropriate individual. Also, provides information such as community address, directions to the community location, community fax numbers, company website, and other related information
• Greets and directs visitors to the community
• Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
• Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
• Resolving customer questions and concerns
