Job summary

Clarendale at Bellevue Place in Nashville, TN is seeking a hospitality-focused part-time Concierge to warmly welcome residents, guests, and vendors. You will be the first face visitors see and handle duties including mail, deliveries, and maintenance requests.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, familiarity with Microsoft Office, and excellent telephone communication. Schedule: Mon–Wed 3pm–8pm with pay starting at $17 per hour.

Clarendale at Bellevue Placeis recruiting for a hospitality focused part time Concierge. This role is responsible for meeting and greeting residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers in a warm and professional manner on a daily basis. They are the first face someone sees when visiting our community!

Part time Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 3p-8p

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Concierge:

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately. Keep difficult situations from escalating.
• Accept delivery packages, document receipt of packages in log book, and notify the resident (recipient) of delivery
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects/assignments.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Will consider Jr or Sr in high school or college students
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products
• Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills

Pay range starting at $17 an hour
