Job summary

Logan Health Concierge Medicine in Kalispell, MT is seeking a Certified or Registered Medical Assistant to support patient care, care coordination, membership services, and administrative operations within the Concierge Medicine program. Qualifications

• Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) through an accredited certifying organization.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) through an accredited certifying organization.
• RQI Provider (BLS) within seven (7) days of hire/transfer or before providing independent patient care, whichever comes first.

Responsibilities

• Greet, room, and prepare patients for examinations and treatments, including obtaining medical histories and vital signs.
• Assist providers during examinations, procedures, and treatments while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Collect laboratory specimens, perform competency‑validated clinical tasks, and document patient information in the EMR.
• Coordinate patient care activities including referrals, diagnostic testing, prior authorizations, scheduling, and follow‑ups.
• Support daily clinic operations by maintaining exam rooms, equipment, and supplies while assisting with patient calls and portal communications.
