Job summary

HonorHealth's Concierge Stonecreek Clinic in Scottsdale, AZ is hiring a Medical Assistant for day shift, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday. You will provide front and back office support, escort patients, maintain exam rooms, and help ensure smooth patient flow.

You will assist with injections, phlebotomy, basic CLIA-waived tests, vital signs, and data entry, while coordinating schedules and insurance authorizations. A strong team focus and commitment to patient care are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of MA training program required.
• BLS certification required.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• Certification exam CMA/CCMA/RMA preferred.
• 6 months MA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms for examinations and escort patients to exam rooms.
• Obtain patient history and document chief complaints; record vital signs.
• May perform injections and TB testing under physician orders.
• Perform venipuncture and CLIA-waived lab tests; assist with procedures.
• Handle front office duties: reception, scheduling, insurance forms, and chart maintenance.
• Coordinate insurance authorizations and referrals; assist case management for employees.
• Support team to improve patient experience and access to care.
