Job summary

The Medical Assistant at HonorHealth’s Concierge Stonecreek Clinic, located at 4902 E. Shea Blvd, Scottsdale, AZ 85254, provides front and back office support, escorts patients, maintains exam rooms, and ensures accurate patient records.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a sign-on bonus up to $2,500. Under the direction of a provider, you perform clerical duties, scheduling, data entry, and venipuncture, while upholding Arizona competencies and hospital policy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Completion of an MA training program is required.
• 6 months MA experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• CMA preferred.
• HonorHealth reimburses certification exam costs.

Responsibilities

• Provide general front and back office support; escort patients to exam rooms and maintain exam rooms.
• Schedule patients and route calls; manage charts and data entry.
• Assist physicians during exams; take vital signs and perform injections/venipuncture as needed.
• Coordinate with insurance for authorizations and referrals; support patient access and care.
