MD² Philadelphia is hiring a seasoned Medical Assistant for a full-time clinic role just outside Philadelphia in Conshohocken, PA. The position emphasizes exceptional patient care, hospitality in a private practice setting, and a balanced lifestyle.

You will work with two other medical staff to support primary care tasks and clinic administration, delivering an unparalleled patient experience at every touchpoint. A caring, collaborative team fosters empathy and high clinical standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of primary practice / clinic experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and listening ability.
• Ability to draw blood.
• Ability to perform spirometry, EKG, audiogram and stress tests.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Aptitude for operation of and troubleshooting computer software programs.
• Ability to work as a team member.
• Demonstrated integrity and professional maturity.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to make house/office calls.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients at the door and assist them throughout their appointment.
• Maintain the highest level of empathy, kindness and understanding in delivering patient care.
• Contribute to the professional atmosphere required by the physicians and staff.
• Maintain patient confidentiality.
• Assist the practice in delivering the highest level of operation and clinical standards.
• Ensure effective, ongoing communication between practice physicians/staff and corporate leadership.
• Develop relationships with key specialists to facilitate patient care.
