Expect a relaxed pace, strong patient relationships and a focus on clinical excellence while supporting two other medical staff members. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of clinic experience, exceptional communication, and the ability to perform procedures such as Phlebotomy,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of primary practice / clinic experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and listening ability.
• Ability to draw blood with ease.
• Willing to comply with company and industry operational standards and requirements.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients at the door and assist them throughout their appointment.
• Provide empathy, kindness and understanding in patient care.
• Contribute to the professional atmosphere required by physicians and staff.
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
• Assist in delivering high levels of operation and clinical standards.
