Job summary

MD² Philadelphia, a private concierge primary care practice near Philadelphia in Conshohocken, seeks a seasoned Registered Nurse for a full-time on-site role. You will work alongside two physicians and a small medical team to deliver exceptional patient care in a relaxed, hospitality-driven setting.

Responsibilities include front-dioor greeting, patient care, confidentiality, and collaboration with specialists to coordinate care.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of primary care/clinic nursing experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills and active listening.
• Ability to draw blood and perform core clinical tasks.
• Familiarity with clinic software and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at the door and throughout appointments.
• Deliver compassionate, empathetic patient care.
• Maintain professional, polished office environment and attire.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and privacy standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to uphold clinical and operational quality.
• Communicate effectively with physicians and staff to coordinate care.
• Build relationships with specialists to facilitate patient care.
