The ideal candidate has at least two years of relevant experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a passion for guest service in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• At least two years of administrative/coordinator work experience.
• Strong organizational & communication skills in a multitasking environment.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support: word processing, data entry, filing, copying to support department operations.
• Respond promptly and professionally to all guest interactions to delight guests.
• Answer telephones, manage email communications, and process correspondence efficiently.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for department managers.
• Assist with departmental initiatives or ad-hoc projects.
