Job summary

Concierge Nursing Referral Services is seeking an experienced Private Duty Nurse to deliver high-end, in-home 1:1 care. You will set your schedule as a 1099 contractor, choosing cases and shifts that fit your availability, with weekly pay and autonomy over your time.

Earn from $35+/hour with flexible 8–12 hour shifts, short visits, or ongoing cases. Responsibilities include comprehensive nursing care, coordination of supplies, and clear documentation for families and physicians.

Qualifications

• Active LVN license in good standing.
• 2+ years nursing experience preferred.
• Active CPR/BLS certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, compassionate 1:1 skilled nursing (ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, medication management, doctor-prescribed treatments).
• Coordinate client needs, including medical supplies, DME, and transport to appointments as required.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate effectively with families, physicians, and our support office.
