Qualifikationen

• Active LVN license in good standing.
• 2+ years of nursing experience.
• Active CPR / BLS Certification.

Aufgaben

• Provide expert, 1:1 skilled nursing (ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, medication management, and doctor-prescribed treatments).
• Coordinate client needs, including medical supplies, DME, and transport to appointments when required.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate with families, physicians, and our support office.
