Commonwealth Lodging Management seeks an M Club Concierge Attendant to support daily hotel operations and guest services. You will maintain cleanliness of the Concierge Club and common guest areas while delivering prompt, courteous service and confidentiality.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, managing lounge safety, serving beverages, stocking supplies, coordinating with kitchen, and assisting with emergencies. A professional appearance and knowledge of hotel offerings are essential.

Qualificações

• High School Graduate or GED or Work Equivalent.
• Computer skills required.
• Experience with hotel systems is preferred.
• Good understanding of the English language.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
• Monitor lounge seating, safety, and wellbeing of guests.
• Complete opening and closing duties, maintain cleanliness of bar and tables.
• Prepare and serve hot, cold, and alcoholic beverages.
• Stock ice, glassware, and supplies.
• Forecast meal requirements and communicate to kitchen.
• Requisition supplies and transport to bar setup area.
• Document information in department logbook.
• Report accidents or unsafe conditions to manager.
• Resolve guest complaints and maintain confidentiality.
