Job summary

Allegiant-Carter Management is seeking a Leasing Agent for Oaks at St Clair in Moody, AL. You will welcome residents and prospects, lease apartments in line with budget guidelines, and ensure Fair Housing standards in all interactions.

Responsibilities include processing applications, credit and income verifications, preparing lease packets, conducting move-in inspections, and coordinating lease renewals with residents.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (Required).
• Previous property management leasing experience (Highly Desired).
• Previous customer service experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent service to all residents, prospects, and visitors to the community.
• Effectively lease apartment in accordance with budget guidelines.
• Follow Fair Housing Standards in all dealings with prospects and residents.
• Coordinating the application review for each lease including credit and income verifications.
• Completing lease packets and files for each resident to include the lease, all addendums and other proper documentation.
• Ensuring the condition of leased apartments prior to move-in, including a final inspection and walk through with resident.
• Following up with residents throughout their lease terms and coordinating the renewal process for each lease.
