Biggs Property Management is seeking a full-time Leasing Agent for the Silver Oaks community. This role focuses on greeting prospective residents, conducting tours, processing leases, and maintaining accurate leasing records.

You will verify income and assets, ensure compliance with program requirements, and support resident retention programs. We value strong customer service, communication, and an energetic work ethic.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in residential leasing, customer service, or sales.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, OneSite, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and conduct property tours.
• Market the community to maintain high occupancy levels.
• Execute lease agreements and renewals.
• Maintain accurate records of all leasing activity.
• Collect and verify income and asset documentation for prospective residents.
• Work with compliance and property management teams to ensure program adherence.
• Participate in annual recertifications and file audits.
• Maintain strong resident relationships.
