Job summary

Allegiant-Carter Management’s Arbor Gates community in Fairhope, AL is seeking a Leasing Agent to be the face of the community, delivering exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents and guiding them through the leasing process.

The role focuses on tours, processing applications, coordinating renewals, and maintaining accurate files while complying with Fair Housing and company policies.

Qualifications

• 1 year of leasing experience or related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of federal/local fair housing laws preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Stands and greets visitors with a professional demeanor.
• Leads leasing and marketing efforts by giving tours and handling inquiries.
• Completes applications, leases, and lease files accurately and timely.
• Coordinates renewals and oversees resident activities as requested.
• Ensures compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and local laws.
