Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of apartment leasing experience.
• Proven track record in sales, customer service, hospitality, or relationship building.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Touring the community and apartment homes with prospective residents.
• Building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assisting with the application and leasing process.
• Preparing move-in documentation and lease paperwork.
• Following up with prospects and generating leases.
• Responding to resident inquiries and assisting with resident retention.
• Supporting community outreach and marketing efforts.
• Helping maintain a welcoming, professional leasing office environment.
