Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol is seeking a Guest Services Associate to assist guests with information, bookings, and requests on and off property under the direction of the Director of Hotel Operations. You will serve as the face of the hotel, ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience.

The role requires exceptional communication in English, a professional and courteous demeanor, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education required and minimum experience in a four star/four Diamond hotel guest services department.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Giving guests knowledgeable information on Hotel products and services and executing all guests’ requests.
• Make bookings, reservations and other requests for guests on and off property.
• Act as an ambassador for the guest services department.

Pay Range

$14 - $19/Hourly
