Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in hospitality customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all calls in a timely fashion, provide information, take messages, route calls to the appropriate party, and assist in placing calls when necessary.
• Answer inquiries from residents, visitors, and staff with a positive attitude and uphold the community’s customer service standards.
• Respond to all emergency calls promptly and efficiently.
• Provide concierge services including routing work orders and documenting chargeable services.
• Make reservations for the guest house and record applicable charges for billing.
• Receive, catalog, and distribute packages.
• Understand community fire and evacuation procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and employee information.
