Job summary

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and at least six months in a receptionist role, with strong verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of receptionist or similar experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Able to communicate verbally in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Proactively assists residents, families, visitors, and employees with questions to create a positive experience.
• Greet visitors, answer calls, forward messages, and manage lobby area and deliveries.
• Assist Sales & Marketing with inquiries, tours, and lead management support.
• Assist Business Office with resident documentation and file maintenance.
• Encourage participation in activities and follow company policies.
