Cheer Home Care is actively hiring Private Duty Licensed Vocational Nurses in California. The LVN will provide high-quality skilled care to the elderly and disabled, working alongside a supportive team to improve client well-being.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted California LVN license.
• Graduation from accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
• 1 year of experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse.
• Home Health experience preferred.
• Proof of negative TB result.
• Physical screening documentation within the last year.
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid California driver’s license and insurance.
• Cell phone with internet access.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with physicians, rehab services, and other care providers.
• Educate client on diagnosis and treatment, ensuring understanding.
• Provide skilled nursing services including wound care, medication management, and managing chronic conditions.
• Highly organized and maintain accurate documentation of care.
