Cheer Health Care is seeking a licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for per diem day shifts in California. The role focuses on high-quality skilled nursing care for seniors and adults with disabilities, coordinating with physicians and care teams, and ensuring accurate documentation and education for clients.

Requirements include an active California LVN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and 1 year of LVN experience (home health preferred).

Qualifikationen

• Current, unrestricted California LVN license.
• Graduation from accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
• 1 year of experience as a licensed vocational nurse.
• Home Health experience preferred.
• Proof of Negative TB result
• Physical Screening Documentation within the last year
• Valid California drivers license and car insurance
• Cell phone with internet access
