Job summary

Cheer Health Care is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide high-quality skilled care to elderly and disabled clients in a home health setting in California. You will coordinate with physicians and rehab services, educate families, and deliver wound care, medication management, and chronic disease management.

The role requires an active California LVN license, at least 1 year of LVN experience (home health preferred), and current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted California LVN license
• Graduation from accredited practical or vocational nursing program
• 1 year of experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse
• Home Health experience preferred
• Proof of Negative TB result
• Physical Screening Documentation within the last year
• Current BLS certification
• Valid California driver's license and insurance
• Cell phone with internet access
