Job summary

Hampton Inn Parsippany is seeking a Hospitality Attendant to warmly greet guests in the concierge lounge, coordinate with hotel departments, and proactively recommend local services. You will maintain guest confidentiality and uphold service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include managing reservations, following up on special requests, and keeping the concierge area clean and organized throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome guests in the concierge lounge within 2 minutes of arrival.
• Act as liaison between guests and hotel departments; make reservations and follow up on requests.
• Maintain an information file on hotel and local services; recommend and up-sell hotel amenities.
• Clean concierge lounge during shift; manage dishes, kitchenette, floors, furniture and surfaces.
