Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services (e.g., transportation, reservations, dry cleaning).
• Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Gather, summarize, and provide information to guests about the property and surrounding area amenities.
• Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
• Contact appropriate department to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems.
• Monitor club lounge for seating, safety, and guest well-being.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications.
• Follow all policies; maintain professional appearance; protect company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests; anticipate service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with appreciation.
• Speak clearly and professionally; prepare and review documents; answer telephones with proper etiquette.
