Related Management Company is seeking a Concierge to be the welcoming first impression for residents and guests. You’ll manage front desk operations, assist with deliveries, and support leasing tours with a polished presence.

The role emphasizes hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to maintain a calm, professional lobby environment across weekend and evening shifts. Compensation includes an hourly wage with an annual bonus tied to performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Polished communication and a professional demeanor.
• Comfort with digital tools such as delivery logs and CRMs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Weekend/evening/holiday flexibility as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly and professionally.
• Announce visitors and manage deliveries with care.
• Keep the lobby clean, calm, and welcoming.
• Support leasing tours and events with a polished front desk presence.
• Monitor lobby presentation including lighting, scent and music.
• Monitor building cameras and visitor logs and manage access control.
