Related Management Company (RMC) is seeking a friendly Concierge to welcome residents and guests, manage lobby operations, and deliver polished service. You'll handle resident inquiries, coordinate deliveries, support leasing tours, and assist with events in a luxury property environment.

The role requires professionalism, organization, and a positive, service-driven attitude. Shifts run Friday through Tuesday with varied times; compensation is hourly with benefits per company policy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests with professionalism and warmth.
• Announce visitors and manage deliveries.
• Keep the lobby calm, clean, and inviting.
• Support leasing tours and resident events with a polished front desk presence.
• Conduct lobby checks for lighting, music, scent, and overall atmosphere.
• Monitor building camera systems and logs.
• Track vendor and contractor activity and follow access procedures.
• Log and organize packages and deliveries using digital tools.
• Prepare elevators and common areas for scheduled moves.
• Welcome prospective residents and assist the leasing team.
