Job summary

Greenhorn Ranch Guest Experience Representative is a seasonal, non-exempt role focused on delivering exceptional service and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay. You will interact with guests, coordinate activities, assist with front desk coverage, and collaborate with ranch staff to uphold company standards.

The position requires at least 2 years of customer service experience, strong communication, and a keen attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service related environment.
• Excellent Customer Service.
• Experience working in teams.
• Familiarity with hospitality operations is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Be a role model for attitude, appearance and customer service for all guest related dining activities.
• Schedule guest activities and locate alternatives when first choice activities are full.
• Cover front desk at times.
• Assist with group activities and coordinate with Activity Lead.
• Prepare and restock water stations and all guest stations.
• Follow instructions.
• Clean and tidy areas when needed.
• Interact and mingle with guests.
• Solve guest issues.
• Perform all duties in cooperation with entire ranch staff.
• Must interact professionally with guests.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.
• Assist Operations with requests.
• Team Player.
