Responsibilities

• Provide concierge-level hospitality from guest arrival to departure.
• Build genuine relationships with guests on a name-to-name basis.
• Strategize seating and dining room flow using reservation data and guest profiles.
• Maintain RESY notes and manage adjustments for bookings and events.
• Seat guests efficiently balancing experience with table availability.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of menu items and seating plans.
• Answer calls with warmth and clarity; assist with inquiries and requests.
• Coordinate seating plans with staff to ensure smooth front-of-house operations.
• Execute opening, mid-shift, closing, and side-work procedures to stay prepared.
