Bar Sprezzatura, located in the Heathman Hotel, seeks a Host to welcome guests, manage reservations, greet and seat parties, and maintain a smooth dining room flow with warm hospitality.

The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, and detail-focused, with strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team and under pressure. Experience with dining reservations and POS systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in a fine dining or high-volume setting.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Experience with reservation systems and POS is preferred.
• Ability to learn and retain information quickly.
• Intellectual curiosity and attention to detail.
• Team player who can work under pressure and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations, greet and seat guests, and ensure a seamless dining flow.
• Be the first and last impression of the guest experience with warmth and hospitality.
• Maintain organization and a clean, efficient service in a busy dining room.
