Job summary

The Lash Lounge Shiloh is seeking a highly motivated Concierge/Front Desk Associate to drive memberships and retail sales while delivering exceptional guest service in our salon. You will book appointments in person, on the phone, or by text and help maintain a welcoming environment.

If you have a PASSION for sales and customer service, weekends, mornings, and evenings availability, and experience with MindBody is a plus, join our team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service or retail sales experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Open availability to work weekends, mornings and evenings throughout the year
• Experience with MindBody Software is a plus!
• Experience with Lash Extensions are a plus!

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Concierge/Front Desk Associate for our salon. Your focus will be on sales while providing an excellent customer experience to all of our guests, selling memberships, and packages (which save our guests so much money!) and cultivating a positive work environment. You will be highly focused on membership sales, retail sales, and booking clients. If you have a P.A.S.S.I.O.N for sales and providing outstanding Customer Service, we would love to hear from you!
