Job summary

Vitality Living Lake Forest in Sanford, FL is hiring a friendly Concierge to welcome residents and manage the reception desk, handle inquiries, and support the Executive Director and Business Office. You will participate in onboarding, training, and team meetings, and assist with mail and emergency response in a calm, professional manner.

Must be 18+ years old, have a High School diploma or GED, and be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or team members.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception desk continuously during assigned period and perform administrative duties.
• Respond to residents' family members' questions and concerns and share important information with the Executive Director or Business Office Director as appropriate.
• Respond and appropriately handle emergency situations that may arise in a calm, professional manner.
• Organize incoming mail and ensure that it is distributed to the appropriate person.
• Attend and participate in onboarding and annual training, in-services and team member meetings as requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Business Office Director.
