Bridge Senior Living LLC is seeking a Concierge to warmly greet residents and visitors and support clerical tasks at the front desk. You will manage check-ins, answer phones, and coordinate with staff to ensure smooth daily operations at the community.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, CPR certification, and at least one year of related experience, with a focus on customer service and professional presence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• CPR Certification required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors in a polished, professional manner.
• Manage front desk sign-in/sign-out for visitors and vendors.
• Handle and direct incoming phone calls.
• Inform residents or staff of arrivals of guests, packages and deliveries.
• Accommodate residents' requests for assistance by referring to appropriate staff.
