Job summary

Concord in New Orleans is seeking a Concierge to create a welcoming guest experience, maintain a well-presented lounge, and act as a trusted resource for hotel and local recommendations. You will set up and present food and beverage offerings, ensure guest-ready spaces, and stay informed about hotel amenities and events.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality, dining, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service abilities.
