Job summary

Concord Hospitality is seeking a Breakfast/Banquet Attendant to help create a warm dining experience for guests during morning or afternoon shifts. You will set up, stock, and maintain the breakfast and banquet areas, ensuring cleanliness and friendly guest service.

Responsibilities include replenishing items, monitoring quality and temperature, greeting guests, and maintaining health and safety standards. This is a full-time position with opportunities for training and career growth within our

As a Breakfast/Banquet Attendant, you will play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and satisfying dining experience for our guests each morning or afternoon. Key Responsibilities

• Set up and stock the breakfast area and banquet area with food, beverages, utensils, and supplies.
• Prepare simple breakfast/banquet items such as coffee, toast, oatmeal, pre-packaged foods, and banquet set up.
• Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
• Monitor food quality and temperature, replenishing items as needed.
• Greet guests warmly and answer questions about breakfast offerings.
• Clean and sanitize tables, counters, chairs, and kitchen equipment.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines for food preparation and handling.
• Assist with inventory and notify management of low-stock items.
• Break down and clean the breakfast area or banquet area at the end of service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
