Qualifications

• 3+ years in consultative sales, client success, or account management in healthcare or medtech.
• Ability to educate and guide customers through premium healthcare services.
• Experience maintaining CRM/documentation and coordinating workflows.
• Proven ability to manage high-touch patient interactions with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with patients, surgeons, and practice staff.
• Serve as high-touch contact for patients, providing proactive support.
• Educate patients on Kinomatic’s planning technology and investment value.
• Coordinate onboarding of new practices and educate staff on processes.
• Schedule CT scans, track progress, and ensure surgical plans are finalized.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, lead submission, and account reporting.
