Legend Senior Living is seeking a Concierge to join the administrative team on site in Warminster Township, PA. You will warmly assist residents and guests at the front desk, share local information, conduct community tours, and relay messages to the appropriate departments.

Qualified candidates will have excellent customer service and strong organizational skills. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, with opportunities for advancement and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the frontline ambassador to all residents and guests providing the highest level of customer service, especially as it relates to new residents.
• Receives initial customer and resident concerns and directs them to the appropriate department for follow-up.
• Maintains a strong knowledge of the local community and provides residents and guests with information regarding festivals, events, attractions, restaurants, tours and transportation schedules in the surrounding area.
• Coordinates resident parking and valet needs, and assists with loading/unloading as needed.
• Conducts tours and ensures that model rooms are ready and available for viewing.
• Ensures that front desk and other common areas are clean and stocked.

We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the administrative team as a Concierge. You will make a difference by courteously assisting residents and guests at the front desk. This includes providing information about local attractions, conducting community tours and relaying messages to the appropriate department.
