Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking a Retail Service Representative to join the Capital region team. You will provide customer service for delivery partners and homeowners, process complex orders with accuracy, and maintain the customer management system.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent plus 2–4 years' order processing experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.

• Demonstrated word processing, spreadsheet and general computer skills.
• Strong phone etiquette & verbal skills to facilitate problem resolution.
• Intermediate writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Responds to homeowner/delivery partner requests/inquiries.
• Processes complex orders/requests with 100% accuracy from intake to filing.
• Ensures customer management system is updated appropriately.
• Clarifies, diagnoses, and resolves customer order issues.
• Schedules appointments with homeowners.
• Creates packets or other materials as required for sales fulfillment process.
• Prepares customer correspondence.
• Identifies and implements ways to improve overall level of service.
• Communicates order fulfillment process information to internal delivery partners and provides customer/delivery partner feedback.
• Administers programs, e.g. customer referral program.
• May train others in office and customer service processes.
• May create purchase orders, process payments or process receipts.

PAY RANGE:

$21.90 - $31.70

PROFIT SHARING:

In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
